After all these years!
Reunion With Old Friends:
In the summer of 2007, Andy & Femmie Starks were in Tennessee and went by to see Don & Darlene Wilhoit.
Their daughter, Tiffany is in Japan now with her husband who is in the Air Force.
Several got there Tuesday, so we went out to Eddie Starks' house and ordered pizza. Eddie & Teresa are Andy & Femmie's
oldest son and daughter-in-law who live in St. Louis. We visited there till almost midnight and had a blast!

Wednesday morning we had breakfast at the hotel and visited some more. Then some of us went to see the St. Louis Arch
and Westward Expansion Museum. After that, we went back to the hotel and found that a few more had drifted in, so we just
sat around and enjoyed each other for hours! Marc Williamson shared his experience with the flying combie, then we went to
supper. The young couple are Eddie & Teresa Starks. They were a lot of help with the pictures the second night.
While the men told "old war stories" the ladies told old  "Army wife stories." Our three Dutch girls spent a lot of time together
getting caught up since their years in Steenwijk. Grace & Femmie worked together before marrying Terry Stanley and Andy
Starks. Femmie Freeman worked with "Mama" in the mess hall before marrying Ernie Freeman.
It was great to have Carol Grimm there.
It was great having Ernie Freeman and Terry Stanley there. With them, the whole unit was represented and it made it much
nicer. And we can't forget Dan Schultz, who represented the signal boys. The facilities were alright; the food was great, and the
fellowship was outstanding! All in all, it was an awesome experience that we'll never forget.

Thanks to all of you for making it possible!
We'll do it again in another 40 years.
Below are some pictures the Skogens took at the reunion.
